Ronan and the team are delighted to announce that they have opened a 3 rd office located in Berkeley Square, Mayfair, London. The first assignment is in Acton, NE London. It is an 8 story mixed use building with 64 residential flats.

This is the first live project on site and is set for completion Q2 2023. Many more will follow shortly as there many projects in the pipeline that will start in the coming months including Barking, Hayes, Palmers Green, Old Kent Road and Dagenham.

McGrath QS have joined the local building networks – The London Irish Construction Network (TLICN) and the British and Irish Trading Alliance (BITA) – and at a recent function they met the 693 rd Lord Mayor of London, Vincent Keaveny who is Irish born. Both these networking groups have Irish branches and John and Ronan have attended several events recently.

John and Ronan are regular attendees at these functions in London and have build up a considerable network of potential clients and firms who need Project Management and QS services.
