Challenging social housing project finished at Ballymount Dublin 24.

McGrath Quantity Surveyors have provided QS services to Torca Homes who have just have completed 55 units just off Old Ballymount Road, Dublin 24.

These units were built during Covid 19 s they are needed for social housing. It took 2 years to complete during the lockdown this exciting project where strict Government guidelines were applied daily with no incidences and every health and safety requirement was met.

An exceptional standard of social housing was delivered.
